As part of the Trentodoc Festival, an evening dedicated to the excellence of Trentodoc Riserva and Trentino gourmet cuisine. Chef Fiorenzo Varesco and the Casa Fiorenzo team will guide guests through a culinary journey inspired by the Avisio Hills, with pairings designed to enhance each glass.
In the intimate setting of the maso, Trentodoc accompanies a seasonal tasting menu rooted in local tradition.
