• Basic lesson: your ‘friends’ seal skins, under your skis, allow you to climb slopes and peaks and cross valleys.
  In the course of the day, you learn the correct use of sealskins, basic movements and self-rescue.
• Advanced lesson: how and which ski mountaineering routes to choose, how to improve your ascent and descent technique, how to correctly use what everyone calls arva but is actually called Artva.
