Hop on the train in Andalo and enjoy the scenic road to Molveno. From there, the lifts take you up the mountain: an easy guided walk leads you to La Montanara and the Pradel Bear, the massive sculpture by Marco Martalar born from the wood of the Vaia storm.
The rest of the day is yours. You can explore the plateau on your own, relax, or freely join an energy practice session focused on breathing and listening to your body. The return to the valley is at your own pace.
