Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Francesca.
DolceVita Ambiez Bed and Breakfast was born from a dream: a dream to offer to those staying in San Lorenzo Dorsino a new type of hospitality, is more welcoming and more in tune with nature.
This passion for hospitality is part of the past of my family. For 31 years, he was behind the counter at Ambiez bar / tobacco in the Dorsino fraction. Between 1995 and 2003, my parents also own the hotel Soran in San Lorenzo Banale.
Now it's my turn to continue the tradition: with the help and support of my parents, I have restored and renovated a building in the historic center of Dorsino. The older residents still remember when Ciuìga (a typical salami of the area, made with pork and cooked turnips) was smoked here.
From my parents I learned that small gestures are particularly important when it comes to taking care of others: breakfast served in the morning with a smile, the meticulous care for cleanliness, a willingness to listen to the needs of guests.
