Built at the top station of the old cable car that came up from Fai della Paganella (now dismantled), the Rifugio Dosso Larici still serves the ski slopes of the Paganella Ski area. Skiers flock here during the winter season, while in summer the Refuge is also a focal point for mountain bike enthusiasts (who have the run of the network of trails that make up the Dolomiti Paganella Bike circuit). It also organises various activities for children, including walking along the footpaths in the area with the Peruvian lamas that many children immediately take to.
