From snails in their 30s to roe deer tartare, from ravioli with polenta and porcini mushrooms to rainbow trout: in the kitchen we follow local recipes, with proposals also dedicated to those who eat gluten-free or lactose-free.
If you would like to try the cake or potato pie, please let us know at the time of booking. We prepare them for you, served with lots of vegetables, cured meats and cheeses. Save yourself a seat for the last lap: we make it with the jams we prepare.
We are a small restaurant in the centre of Spormaggiore, with a few tables and family-run facilities, so we recommend booking in advance.
