Umberto's parents built the refuge right in front of the Brenta, today it is the home of our family and guests who join us all year round.
On foot or with the ski lifts; in winter we also pick you up with the snow cat.
From morning to evening, a plate of polenta, potato noodles with mortandela and porcini mushrooms, a slice of almond cake and ricotta are waiting for you.
With those who stay to sleep, we drink the first coffee of the day in front of the Enrosadira: the walls of the Brenta Dolomites turn pink at dawn.
In our small way we do everything to keep this place as it is. When the woods give us the opportunity, we gather mushrooms around here for polenta, go down to the village every day to buy fresh bread, and we cut the wood for the fireplace.
And you help us too: when you bring the sandwich paper and the peels of the fruit back to the valley. And even when you understand that such a panorama is respected even with silence.
