In your dishes: Molvenese noodles and "Bosco" pizza. Sweet pudding: pear bavarian with dark chocolate drops and sheep's ricotta mousse.
We knead pizzas with different flours and have a menu with gluten-free and lactose-free proposals, which we prepare in a small dedicated kitchen.
