Each villa with its church and fountain. And Pergnano, one of the seven villas in the village of San Lorenzo in Banale, is no exception with the small church of San Rocco e Sebastiano.
You can find it in front of the fountain, all in exposed stone, simple on the outside and with refined and colorful frescoes of the Baschenis inside.
The church was built after the plague in 1578 and the wooden altar inside was gilded by the community as an ex voto.
The information booklet guides you during your visit to the churches of the Banale. Go to the tourist office and ask for a copy.
