The Maso Rosabel farm is located in the small village of Nave San Rocco, in the municipality of Terre d 'Adige, in the Piana Rotaliana Königsberg. The main production of this reality concerns the renowned white asparagus of Zambana, but also the green asparagus and the wild asparagus of Montina.
Certified by the De.Co (Municipal Designation) brand, Zambana White Asparagus is grown in the municipality of Terre d 'Adige and is a completely white asparagus, which draws its peculiar characteristics - delicacy, tenderness, absence of fiber - from the particular conditions of the soil, the climate and the cultivation techniques.
For years, all activities have been carried out with biological and biodynamic methods and philosophies, to protect the environment and the final product.
