In the former Augustinian convent in San Michele all 'Adige, 43 rooms and 12,000 objects preserve the gestures of work and daily life in Trentino.
Walk among agricultural tools, musical instruments and games of yesteryear, up to the section dedicated to viticulture. Here you will find the tools of the Edmund Mach Foundation, the centre where land, lives and the environment have been studied for over a century to innovate local agriculture.
Choose your step: you can explore the rooms on your own, book a guide or rely on CAA routes, which use symbols and images to overcome language barriers. The structure retains its original elevation differences, but a mobile freight elevator allows you to overcome every step and move in every space. On request, tactile or sign language guided tours (LIS) are also available.
The museum is open from Tuesdays to Sundays; from October to March, admission is free every first Sunday of the month.
Reach us leaving the car: the cycle path, the bus and the train of the Trento-Malé-Mezzana line stop near our museum.
