We distil from the early 1800s to the Mezzolombardo following the "de Varda" production method, patented by us.

In addition to the typical Trentino grappas, we produce herbal bitters and a line of mountain whiskies.

Inside the distillery you will find our family museum "Cose di Casa", where we keep many objects and tools of agricultural life of the past.

We offer different types of visits and tastings, you can book the one that suits you directly from our website!
