Our family emigrated to America in the early 1900s, then some brothers returned home to Trentino, bought a mill and opened a bakery.
Today in San Lorenzo Dorsino and Andalo we continue to knead the recipes of our grandparents: flavoured breads, croissants, biscuits, sweet and savoury cakes, such as pie alla verza and ciuìga.
