Autumnus is a festival for those who work the fields, tend the vines, and run the kitchens.
From October 1st to the 11th, Trento’s squares and historic palazzi fill up with workshops, tastings, and talks. This year, we’ll be right in the middle of it at the big market in Piazza Mostra.
Look for cabin 33. Behind the counter, the chefs from six of our mountain huts and restaurants—Dosson, Meriz, La Roda, Al Faggio, Casina Bruniol, and Elementi—will be taking turns at the stoves.
They are bringing their Gusto Alpino mountain dishes down to the square. All you need to do is pick which Rotaliana Königsberg wine to pour alongside them.
