Malga Spora, an alpine farmstead nestled in one of the most hidden and suggestive corners of the Brenta Dolomites, welcomes an extraordinary quartet for the 30th anniversary of I suoni delle Dolomiti.
Avi Avital, a mandolin virtuoso born in Be’er Sheva in southern Israel. Giovanni Sollima, an Italian composer and cellist who has performed on stages all over the world and collaborated with great conductors. The singer Alessia Tondo, who has gradually moved from the traditional music of her native Puglia, in particular the pizzica, to the realms of chamber music and contemporary music. Peppe Copia, a musician with a particular interest in Baroque and Renaissance music, whose favourite instruments are the chitarra battente and the theorbo.
How to get there
from the Andalo sports center/tennis courts area, follow trail marker 301 towards Maso Pegorar. The route is classified as difficult.
The trail has a slightly exposed section aided by a safety rope. This section is easy to traverse, but Alpine Rescue personnel will be available on-site if needed.
