In ancient times, it was a dairy where butter and cheese were produced for the Municipality of Zambana, in the 1930s it became a summer holiday colony, now an ideal destination for group vacations, school communities, religious groups, families, or simply for social gatherings. Attentive hospitality and cuisine inspired by the local area, and it is fully accessible for friends in wheelchairs.

Two rooms are designed to accommodate wheelchair users with appropriate services, and a bathroom with a changing table is dedicated to young children. There is also a bar adjacent to the dining room. In addition to the dining area, Casa Santel has a large multipurpose room for socializing, set up for recreational activities, conferences, education, social gatherings, and relaxation, equipped with a projector and audio system.
