Infusions with aromatic herbs, colourful cocktails mixed with our syrups, fresh centrifuges, craft beers, Trentino wines, à la carte menus, agrisnacks, garden salads enriched by the scents of edible flowers.
It is difficult to give us a definition: kitchen-laboratory, farm, restaurant, agritourism.
We built the farm with stones and wood, as we once did, in symbiosis with nature. The educational activities we organise in summer are also designed to reinforce this connection.
