At 2,125 meters, right on the Paganella peak. From the La Roda mountain hut, you can see across all of Trentino. At sunrise and sunset, looking out over the Brenta Dolomites and Lake Garda is an exclusive show, open to everyone.
Out on the terrace, you can order oysters and Trentodoc sparkling wine, or follow the scent of freshly baked pretzels. For a real treat, try the Bombardino della Roda: a traditional warm mountain drink made rich with mascarpone cream, chocolate, and meringues.
Everything is tied to the landscape. The Paganella mountain gives us wild herbs and fir buds for the kitchen, along with the geothermal energy to heat every room in the hut. Down in the Rotaliana plain, our vineyards grow the grapes for our Teroldego Tosa, Galin Bianco, and Sfulmini sparkling wines.
