The land and mountain air give a unique flavour to potatoes grown for generations in the family fields in San Lorenzo Dorsino. 

I am a mountain farmer and I feel like a guardian of this beautiful land, where nature decides the times. Mountain potatoes are few in quantity, but of excellent quality.
