The dishes are those of Trentino: canederlotti and tonco de pontesel.
Vegetables are those of the garden: such as celeriac. We fry it and serve with lemon zest and thyme carrots. 
The wine is that of the cellars of the Trentino valleys, made with respect and knowledge of the territory.

We are a small mountain peasant restaurant, our lounge has a maximum capacity of 25 people. You also understand that it is better to book.
