You will find us at 1,480 metres, on the slopes of Croz dell 'Altissimo, the mountain from which we took our name. Our doors, in the heart of Brenta, are open from June to October.
Here you can taste tagliatelle with game ragout, polenta, mushrooms and melted cheese. But our favourite dish remains en gnòch and na patata: flour, boiled potatoes, melted butter, onions and bacon. A molvenero dish that smells of the past.
You reach us:
- on foot, with a walk from Pradel: first in the woods, then following a path dug into the rock;
- by e-bike, along forest road 319.
We are also waiting for you for a dinner in company. Then go to bed early, to leave early in the morning to discover the Brenta Dolomites or watch the sunrise, which tinges the peaks allaround with pink.
